With over 30 years of experience in the TV, publishing, marketing and digital industries, I’ve seen it all. I’ve faced difficult decisions and challenges in my personal life and been through some tough times, and have come through the other side.
I’ve worked with individuals and businesses in helping them achieve their goals. From reviewing your CV to making a more extensive life plan or business strategy, I’ve done it all.
Now I’d love to help you in achieving what you want in life. Together we can stop you from being stuck and get you started on the path to the life you want to lead. Through regular conversations, planning, goals setting and spending time together, and we can get you where you want to be - and offer support along the way.

About Me
I am a strategist, entrepreneur, consultant and team leader with over 30 years’ experience in the TV, digital and media sectors. I have worked at a senior level for MTV, AOL, Zodiak and Bauer and have delivered strategy and campaigns for BBC, ITV, Sky, Red Bull and others. I have also run my own social media agency, Telegraph Hill, which I built from scratch to a multi-million pound turnover.
I moved to Brighton a few years ago to get away from the London rat race. I get to walk by the sea and spend time focussing on clients I really care about. I have a day job working and a fantastic agency called Brilliant Noise but spend my spare time working with my coaching clients.
I’ve practised meditation with Buddhist communities in Sri Lanka and Scotland. I am also a trained listener for the Samaritans and do weekly shifts answering the phone and supporting people in need..
I have two grown-up kids, three cats and an endless enthusiasm for helping others.
